Background and Identification
The D-Link EBR-2310 is a wired Ethernet Broadband router that was introduced in January of 2006 by D-Link Systems. It has since been discontinued. At the time of introduction it included a 1-year warranty. It was produced for the function of routing a broadband modem to wireless products for the use of internet on these devices. It is compatible with Cable or a DSL Modem and requires one of the two for full function. Its main function is targeted for Windows computers that use Internet Explorer as their main source of internet.
The D-Link EBR-2310 wired router is a black 5.9 x 4.5 x 1.4 inch box with a surrounding silver casing. It has a small rectangular silver box on its top side with the words "D-Link" engraved in the center. It is paired with a power chord and a connection cable for enabling function to a modem.
