Introducción

Si la batería está hinchada, ten mucho cuidado. Las baterías inflamadas pueden ser muy peligrosas, por lo que debes usar protección para los ojos y ejercer la precaución debida, o llevarlo a un profesional si no estás seguro de cómo proceder.

    • Presiona el botón en la parte inferior derecha del LG V20 para abrir la abrazadera que sostiene la tapa trasera en la parte posterior del teléfono.

    • Retira la tapa posterior.

    • Antes de desmontar tu teléfono, descarga la batería por debajo del 25%. Una batería cargada de iones de litio puede incendiarse y / o explotar si se perfora accidentalmente.

    • Usa el extremo plano de un spudger e insértalo en el pequeño hueco en el extremo inferior de la batería.

    • Utiliza el spudger para sacar la batería y extraerla.

    • Puedes hacerlo con los dedos, pero ten cuidado de no pinchar la batería con las uñas.

Conclusión

Para volver a ensamblar tu dispositivo, sigue estas instrucciones en orden inverso.

Para obtener un rendimiento óptimo y evitar errores de software, calibra tu batería recién instalada: Drena la batería por debajo del 10% y luego cárgala ininterrumpidamente al 100%.

Is this battery the same quality or a least pretty close to the OEM battery of the LG v20?

Don’t buy this battery. It looks like an OEM but it’s not. That’s fine but I’ve had this for a couple months and it quickly discharges now. I’ve gone back to my original for the time being.

The only reason why I purchased it from here was the company which I have mad respect for. But this issue isn’t their problem and we’re talking about an old phone which LG doesn’t even make batteries for. People will still come here since it’s the last phone with easy access to the battery and it’s just a great budget phone!

Just charged my new battery up from ifixit store. Sooo much better then my old one. (4 years old.)

Will update if there’s been an issue with it within the first year or two if i remember (i mean to.).
