My iphone 5s screen is shattered and wont turn on. I tried charginging it one before and turned on then put it in a drawer and left it there till i could get the screen fixed. I then tried again to charge it but it didnt turn on this time. Whats wrong with my phone and how can i get it fix ?

The front glass over the screen popped up on my A1533, exposing everything inside. I can press it back down, but it pops up as soon as i life my finger.
How can I reseal it to protect everything inside?
