Introducción

This guide will teach you to use SAFE_MODE, a 3ds family recovery feature which can fix software/firmware issues. It's demonstrated here on a 2ds XL, but the process is the same for all 3ds family systems

    • If the system is on, turn it off

    • Hold (L) + (R) + (A) + (D-Pad Up)

    • While still holding the buttons, press the power button

    • You should boot into a "system update" screen. Click OK and accept the prompts

    • When the update finishes, the console will automatically turn off

Conclusión

If safe mode did not solve your issue, you may need to do a system format. Keep in mind, though, this will delete all user data from your console
